At Somerset Hearing, we make the process of selecting and trialling hearing aids straightforward and pressure-free. Here's how it works:

Step 1: Hearing Test & Fitting
We start with a thorough hearing test and consultation to assess your needs. Based on the results, we’ll recommend suitable hearing aids, fit them for comfort, and ensure they’re calibrated to your hearing.

Step 2: Two-Week Home Trial
You’ll take the hearing aids home for a 2-week trial, allowing you to test them in challenging environments. We’ll provide a diary for you to record your experiences, helping you track how well the aids perform in real-life situations.

Step 3: Review & Decision
At the end of the trial, we’ll review your diary and discuss whether you’ve noticed a significant improvement. If you're happy with the results, you can move forward with the purchase. If not, you can return the aids with no obligation—your satisfaction is our priority.
